What Causes Constant Tiredness And Dark Circles Under Eyes?

Hi There My boy is 10 and he has been feeling very tired,also pale dark circles under his eyes.He gets plenty of sleep and eats healthy.He had a knock on his leg in rugby about 3 weeks ago,walks a little funny but not bad enough to take to hospital.Many thanks Anthony..
