What Causes Constant Tiredness, Eye Twitching And Dizziness?

I've always had migranes and headace since I was around 9yrs old. The last three months or so I've been super tired and don't want to do anything but sleep. Even after I've had a good nights rest I still feel really tired and My left eye has been twitching for about the same length of time. The last three days I've become very dizzy, even when I'm sitting down I am dizzy. I'm started to get upset because I don't feel good and I know something is not right with my body. Any thoughts? Oh and I eat red meat and eggs all the time if that helps.
