General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

THe symptoms can be related to many medical conditions.
One of the common conditions is chronic fatigue syndrome.
I suggest to do a neck xray to exclude the possibility of cervical spondylitis.
Meanwhile, I suggest to take a multivitamin supplement and have a helathy lifestyle.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
