What Causes Constant Tiredness?

Alway, Always feeling tired. All blood tests are normal including Ferritin and Haemoblogin. I am 56 going through menopause but have had this for at least 10 + years. I am OK when busy but as soon as I sit down and relax try to watch a long film, passenger in a car on a long journey I fall asleep. What can I take for this to give me more energy please? Maureen

Maureen have you checked your vitamin D levels. There's a possibility of it being deficient. Also are you taking drugs to lower cholesterol especially statins, it could also be causing it. Kindly get further evaluation done.
