Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum. I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.
Brief Answer : You Definitely have a internal Problem
Detailed Answer : As a physician I would like to tell you that according to symptoms you have described you definitely have a internal problem which could not be solely diagnosed by outer symptoms. The disease could be anything including but not limited to Fibroid,Endometriosis, Cervical Growths etc.
I would also like to tell you that many of these conditions could prove to be fatal if later stages you delay the diagnosis. So I suggest that you should visit your gynecologist as soon as possible to have a physical and colposcopic examination followed by a USG if necessary.
Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum. Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question. Have a nice Day.
Regards, Dr.Abhijeet
