What Causes Constant Vibration In The Brain?

Hy I have been facing this vibration in my brain which is very irritating sometimes gets on my nerves it has been there for 3 days straight now I had fever too 3 days ago kindly plz help me and tell me what can be done to stop this because I cannot get enough sleep

Hello,

You are having fever with vibration in head. So meningitis and other neurological cause should be excluded after physical examination, history regarding vomiting and accordingly investigations. Your neurological examination should be done and neck rigidity should be checked. Until then analgesic and antipyretic can be prescribed. I suggest you to consult physician for examination.
