Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Constipation, Abdominal Discomfort And Burning Urination?
I have been having symptoms of burning urination, some constipation, left side abdominal discomfort, and seem to have a painless lump by my rectum. I have had urine and blood tests that all came back negative. I ve been to a PP Gynochologist and two urologists who said I look fine. The burning urination has been going on for a couple months now. The urologist said that it may be a virus that needs to make its way through my system. However, I don t want to let anything continue to get worse! I m scared and really would like some advice.
* As per my clinical experience, painless lump by rectum, constipation, burning urination and abdomen discomfort may be in relation with various possibilities as
- prolapsed thrombosed hemorrhoids
- sentinel tag
- recurrent UTI
- lack of hydration
- fiber deficiency in diet
- diabetes or other systemic illness
* In my clinic, I prefer to examine patient with per abdomen and per rectal examination with review of all reports available for possible clinical diagnosis and cure accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
