General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Maintaining healthy fibre diet and adequate hydration in the following days can avoid constipation. I would suggest you to take Lactifiber which is available in a powder form. 1-2 spoons should be mixed in water and can be taken two to three times daily. If it is not effective, Tablet Pruvit can be taken after ruling out any contraindication, which can help in relieving constipation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
