What Causes Constipation Along With Diarrhea?
About 10 days ago, I noticed a change in bowel movements. They were less frequent, some diaheria but the feces coming out in small amounts ( sort of like little ping pong sized) and a difference in co(not the normal brown. It went on for about 4 days then quit and now just today noticed the color difference again. Am I to be concerned?

I suggest you have a colonoscopy performed.
It may be stercoral diarrhoea, which is a condition where liquid faeces can pass a proximal faecal obstruction so that it seems you have both diarrhoea and constipation.
