What Causes Constipation Along With Stomach Ache And Nausea?

I HAVE BEEN HAVE TROUBLE GOING TO THE BATHROOM DAYS AT A TIME MY WIFE SEES SOMETHING IN MY RECTOM MEATIY LOOKING SHE SAID. I FEEL LIKE IM GOING BUT NOTHING COMES OUT. THEN I WILL HAVE DIARRIAH FOR A COUPLE DAYS. I FEEL NAUSEOUS, STOMACH PAIN, SOMETIMES JUST DONT FEEL LIKE EATING, SOMETIMES CHEW AND CHEW BUT CANT GET MYSELF TO SWALLOW. HAVE A 2 O 3 DAYS A WEEK FEELS LIKE GETTING BETTER THEN ALL COMES BACK. GOING ON 10 WEEKS

As per your history is concerned you have constipation,nausea and stomach pain.It has many reasons you first take a fiber supplement 15 GM's(Cremaffin fiber supplement) in the morning and take Cremaffin plus 3 teaspoon ful with milk at night.Eat vegetables and fruits and drink sufficient water.Take metronidazole 500 2 times a day upto 10 days.
Investigation:
Stool exam
TSH level
