What Causes Constipation Along With Swollen Breasts And Acid Reflux?

I have PCOS and uterine fibroids but I m not currently on any medication for it. I m 34 years old, have 2 children and have had one ectopic miscarriage 3.5 years ago. My periods are roughly 35-40 days apart. This last 2 weeks I have been very irritable, constipated, my breast are swollen and tender to the touch, terrible heartburn, and some insomnia. I have taken multiple HPTs over the last 10 days and they were all negative. Could I still be pregnant? My last menstrual cycle was March 8th-16th and was lighter than normal. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a hormone imbalance.

A possible pregnancy cannot be excluded either. For this reason, it is recommendable performing a pregnancy test or an abdominal ultrasound.
