What Causes Constipation And Blood In Stool After Appendix Removal Surgery?

I had my appendix removed Sunday night and it is now Wednesday, prior to having my appendix removed I had not had a bowel movment since the previous Wednesday, so it has now been a week since my bowel movements, and today I finally had a bowel movment, a rock hard and very freshly bloodied bowel movment, should I be concerned?

hi ...it is normal phenomenon..
it is known as ileus..which is due to anesthesia or surgical damage.
some time mild ingection may lead such condition.
treatment : dont worry it will resolve with time.
you need plenty of watery food..for some day..
