What Causes Constipation And Diarrhea While Suffering From Fever?

It started ,7 years earlier, I had fever for straight 3 days and constipated ,the fever resolves and motion begins but not like normal. Since then I have abnormal bowel motions.Had distended liver but now its normal. Sticky greasy stools ,never able to clear bowel in one go, too much gas. Although no abdominal pain ,but lower left side discomfort. I tried homopethic, ayurvedic, allopathic. Always normal usg now, with the last one showing distended gallbladder without wall thickening and tiny calcification on right hepatic lobe. Also is diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism (hashimoto),which after 2 months of treatment is under control. Apart from that I have got deficiency in vit d , vit b12 . my stools always float , give oily film appearance, kg , although normal color of stool ,though I would say that I have not lost weight infact I have gained a lot of weight about 20 kg in last 7 years and now I am stable at 75. stool culture finds acidic stool with no other problems. Have done 3 times the course of rifaximin and probiotics with no success. Have tried nizonide for 3 days at first I got well formed stools but doctor when prescribes it second time , I found no improvement. I donot know what it is , but I feels its slowly killing me.
