What Causes Constipation And Fatigue While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year ago. They recently upped my medication because my numbers got off. The symptoms are total fatigue (I used to be a runner), my stomach is a disaster. I can eat one piece of anything and it swells up like I m 7 months pregnant. I am constantly constipated and have to take a laxative every 3 days. Every 6 months I go into this state of not being able to wake up - literally - I try to drive but pull over and go back home - this last time I slept 34 hours straight. The time before that an ambulance had to come pick me up from work. My hands shake terribly and my memory is horrible. I have 13 year old identical twin girls who are heavily involved in school and soccer and I feel like I can t be a good mom anymore because I just have nothing to give. What should I do? Where should I go?

Avoid gluten contain food and lactose contain food. Please check it out for complete blood picture, thyroid profile and serum electrolytes.
