What Causes Constipation And Feeling Of Lump In Abdomen Area?

I was taking Ezetrol 10 mg and when I renewed my prescription I got SDZ-EZETIMIBE 10 mg. I have only been on it two weeks and have problems with my colon, constipation and feeling of hard ball in my colon. I also feel extremely tired/exhausted. I have changed nothing in my diet or activities so I know this medication is doing something to me. Have you heard of this?
