What Causes Constipation And Hard Stool While Treating Hypothyroidism, Hyperparathyroidism And Hemorrhoids?

Hi, I am 42 yrs old woman, having hypothyroid, hyper parathyroid and fissures piles together. My life is miserable with this constipation and hard stool problem. I dont eat anything which which can cause constipation but still my problem persists. I drink at least 3 to 4 ltrs water. Pl help.
