What Causes Constipation And Leg Pain Before Periods?

im 28 yrs and my wt is65 i have a problem that each month i have my period before five to six days .during this days i have constipation problem and sever leg pain ,back pain my ligament starts swelling which is unbearable. i am also an osteoporosis patient so what should i do
