What Causes Constipation And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I ve been, for the past few days, experiencing signs of constipation and searing pains that seem to be completely unattached to constipation. They come in my lower frontal area, I was considering my female organs may be the cause. These are stabbing pains that make me stop walking and put pressure on that area until it passes.

eating food with less fiber and drinking less water. take cremafin at bed time and avoid fast food. take cremafin at husk of isof gul soaked in water before bed time.apply proctosedyl ointment per anum.
