Hi thank you....I haven t had a good bowel movement in a few weeks and when I do it comes out in round little balls and are extremely hard to pass. I ve also noticed a pain in my right side, almost like a broken rib in my lower back on the right side. And I get winded very easily. I am 46 but in very good shape, I lift a lot of weights but don t recall pulling a muscle anywhere.
