What Causes Constipation And Painful Bowel Movement?

Good afternoon. I have been having trouble having a bowel movement for months. I have tried everything and the pain is very severe now. it has been over two weeks and I have had as much as a cat. I have changed my diet to a high fiber, eat yogurt, spinach, used fleet enimas, sttol softeners, senicot, and even a prescription to make myself go. I have also use the powder given to someone going in for a colenoscop and nothing is working. I now have a milky discharge from mu anus but still no poop. What should I do now? short of the emergency room, I have ran out of options. Please help

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain you have problem of severe constipation problem that may be because of intestinal obstruction or other cause.Irritable bowel syndrome also cause constipation problem relive by diarrhea. Lack of high fiber and water also cause constipation problem. Less gastric motility also cause this type of symptoms. Abdominal barium x ray helpful in diagnosis. Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
