What Causes Constipation And Sticky Stool Despite Taking Natural Home Remedies?
Sir i am 23 year male suffering from constipation and sticky stool for last two years ,ihave tried various remedies such as panch sakar churna, isabgol ,rasins with milk etc but constipation is still there with feeling of discomfort,not complete evacuvation ,bloating sir please suggest me effective and permanent cure for this

You can take over the counter available laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief. In severe cases colonoscopy may be required to rule out any lump or growth in the large bowel.
