General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the Cifran. I suggest using a daily probiotic. I also suggest using anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application at the anal area. I suggest to drink a lot of liquids and eat a plain diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
