General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the hot flashes, irregular menstrual cycle with extreme tiredness can be part of early symptoms of premenopausal period. Primary relief with:
- Proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole with sips of water on empty stomach
- Plenty of liquids at sessions
- Frequent small feeds
- Bulk forming laxatives with high fiber diet
Get examined by your family physician for assistance with supportive medications as per the need.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
