have have the fat burner (oxy eleite pro) and after 5 day the couse After that I went to donate blood, during the donation i was unconscious, after two weeks I felt rapid heart rates I went to the Dr. and the Work of the ECG on heart and sound waves on the heart, and the result is normal , but there are still a rapid heart rate and numbness in the face, as well as constipation

There is nothing to worry
Dizziness and syncope can occur during withdrawal of blood for transfusion. This is called vaso vagal syncope. This is quite normal . your normal investigation report further supports this.
Usually this occurs in the first donation. To avoid this , you should take some food before bleeding.
Also, be relaxed while procedure
Blood donation is life donation.
So I wish you can donate blood in future without any such attacks.
