General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I suggest using over the counter laxative such as Miralax. I also suggest drinking liquids and eating a fiber rich diet. I recommend to do a urine test to rule out a urinary tract infection which needs treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
