What Causes Constipation,abdominal Cramps And Passing Of Black Stool?

Hello, I am 38 + 5 days pregnant and have been suffering with constipation for the past few days. Really bad cramps when needing the loo and then not being able to go at all or just a small amount. I have also noticed that my stool is now black coloured.What may be causing this?What can I do to help?Should I contact my doctor?Thank you

black stool is Malena. they are digested blood which shows there is bleeding in stomach or down ward. it can be peptiulcer bleeding into gitract. it should be treated as bleeding ulcer and stop food by mouth. should be fed by nasal route. first gastric lavage should be done. ice cold milk can be fed through rhylestube. antacid should be given through nasal tube.
