What Causes Continued Pain In Lower Calf And Ankle After A Fall?

I jumped off a ledge over 4 months ago and I have pain in my lower calf/upper ankle. There was initial pain for a few weeks after the incident and it went away. But after playing sports, the pain is back and I can't run at full speed. What is wrong with me?
