I really appreciate your concern, if this is the uterine polyp then the uterine bleeding is very likely and the removing of the polyp is very important before removing this some time bleeding need to be stop some surgeon removed the polyp without taking care of bleeding, later or sooner you need to remove the polyp take care and have nice day.
