What Causes Continuous Bleeding Despite Taking Tranexamic Acid?

good day! i am on my second pack of taking cerazette and have had bleeding for 20 days now. my doctor prescribed Tranexamic Acid for 3 days and told me that bleeding shall stop after taking the medicine. unfortunately, i am still until now but i'm very desperate to have it stopped because i'm very uncomfortable with it. please advise what shall i do or take to stop my bleeding ASAP!
