What Causes Continuous Bleeding For 2 Weeks?

okay im 18 and i have been having bleeding for like two weeks it wasnt that bad but im nervous because i dont know what is happening to my body right now...i took a pregnancy test and it came up negative...so i dont know what is goin on...can you please help me with this question?
