What Causes Continuous Brown Discharge?

Hi! I have a gynae problem. Took an ipill a week after my last period and had spotting for 3 days immediately a week after that. Another week later and i'm getting a brown lacy discharge continuously. I'm worried, as i don't think i had any ovulation and when i can expect the next period? Does it affect my chances of conceiving later?
