What Causes Continuous Chest Pain?

I am a female 25 yrs . I am getting chest pain fr continous 3 days. A pricking feeling is there . I am fainting also . My ECG told that I have a high heart beat rate and my BP is normal . Wat may be the reason ? and which hospital is affordable to get admitted in chennai

Chest pain with increase in heart rate can be serious.
This can be due to heart related issues or even Thyroid problems.
Get your Thyroid function, ECG, Blood sugar checked.
Also get your BP checked.
Review with report.
