These are very common symptoms of cold and flu you are having, I will hereby answer your questions one by one. 1) Acid smell, is usually caused by mucous in nose which is getting purified , this will get better with time as your problem gets resolved. Olfactory disturbance is very common in flu and cold. Same is the reason for acid smell from drinks. 2) We get flavours of things with the help of smell sensation and if this is disturbed, there is every chance that we might lose flavour and everything tastes almost same we can only differentiate if its sour, sweet bitter or salty. All your problems are expected to get better as your condition settles you in my opinion are taking good set of medicine for this issue.
