For over the last week, I have been itching my arms and mostly lower legs constantly. I have caused bleeding because they itch so much. I haven t been camping or outside.....it s not mosquito bites. I wake up in the night itching my legs...mostly from the knee down and my arms from elbow down to hand....I haven t changed soaps or detergents etc. Nothing new to my daily routine

Hi,
The reasons are many for itching. Since you have been living outdoors, most likely cause will be insect bite allergy.
1) Always wear covered clothing. e.g Full sleeves and full pants
2)Apply ample amount of of moisturizer/calamine lotion over the affected area to sooth the skin. Atleast one single application should be after bath
3) Please do follow up with us with a photograph of the affected area for a definitive diagnosis.
