What Causes Continuous Nasal Drainage?

hey am very worried about my mom, Her nose dripping water like fluid from last few days and its very salty in taste , there is no cough , no flu , no cold nothing but when she bend down or even laying on bed water drips out drop by drop , i have already read about CSF and she never had any head injure ... but today suddenly water stops dripping and mom was feeling fine but in the night she was feeling her head bit heavy but when again water starts dripping she was feeling better .... any body please say something about this kindly !!!!

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having allergic rhinorrhea giving this problem.
Give her antihistamine like Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine or Montek lc for few days.
Try to find out allergens likely to cause this allergy.
Avoid dust and cloudy atmosphere.
Ok and take care.
