What Causes Continuous Pain In The Head?

My daughters had head pain since January without it ever going! It steems from her forehead, then can go round the temples, then goes to the back of her head. She's had bad neck pain & occasionally back pain! She's had wavering fevers from feeling boiling hot one minute to freezing the next where she can't get warm. She's had awful pain in her eyes, where she says they feel they are spinning & then hurt for at least a week after. She's had the whole whole side of her body go floppy a couple of times.
