What Causes Continuous Pain Like Menstrual Pain?

I had two miscarriages last year. My periods are always on time. However, there is a pain after each period lasting throughout from one period to another one. It is a kind of pain as if I am going to have my next period. It is a continuous pain. I am scared that something might have been left in the womb.
