Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pus discharge from the surgical site is suggestive of superimposed infection of the surgical site.
I suggest you to consult your treating surgeon for clinical assessment and dressing of the surgical site.
The pus needs to examined to look for evidence of infection and the cause of infection.
A drug sensitivity may also be required to select the most appropriate antibiotic.
Topical antibiotic preparation and an oral antibiotic may be required to treat the infection of surgical site.

Thanks and take care
