What Causes Continuous Spotting After Depo Shot?

hi ive been spotting for more than a month and it started after i had a depo shot . Now im spotting this pinkish creamy stuff and not sure how some doctor will take me. i read on here most women with same problem are prego but that cant be my case. i had a tubolysasion ,something like that, 5 yrs ago.
