What Causes Continuous Spotting After Sex While On Loestrin 24?

Ive been on Loestrin 24 Fe for 3 months, first month i got my period, on the sunday I started my first new pack of pills I had sex and the condom broke and he came inside me. Ive been on other birth controls for over a year. Since then I started my other "period" 9 days early and my doc said to skip the brown pills and start on my 3rd pack of white pills. I still haven't stopped spotting or "bleeding" since. Im nervous im prego. What is happening? Could I be prego?
