What Causes Continuous Stomach Cramping, Back Pain And Abdominal Swelling After Miscarriage?

i found out i was miscarryin on the 16th bleeding stopped on the 21st since then i have contiued stomach cramping and pains on my right side. also i have slight sweeling to the right side of my abdomen and twinges i also have lower back pain and the sudden feelin of a full bladder frequently.

It is because of the uterus contracting which is putting pressure on the surrounding structures like the bladder. I am sorry to hear about the miscarriage, may God give you the strength to cope with this loss.
