What Causes Continuous Urge To Urinate, UTI And Hard Bowel Movements?

continuous urge to urinate, have parkinsons,have had botox treatments, myrbetrec pills, nothing is helping. hard to control with disposable underwear. several cases of UTI, HARD BOWELS AND LAST UTI CONTAINED FESUS. DO YOU Have any suggestions. this is killing my dignity.

Possible issue of multi drug resistant urinary tract infection with or without bowel fistula are of prime concern here. Kindly get a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis with contrast to evaluate the cause of urinary tract infection with hard bowel movements, so that best guidelines of management can be figured out.
