What Causes Continuous Watering Of Eyes?

my eyes water day and night, when I get up in the morning I use a warm/hot wash cloth on them and through the day day I also use a warm wash cloth on and around my around my eyes, like if I was drooling and have to wipe, which by the way I started drooling in my sleep about the same time. what is going on? anyone else have symptoms like this? thanks, but no thanks, I feel for it again................I did not know they're was a fee! so good bye
