What Causes Contractions And Cramping In 35.5 Weeks?

I m 35 1/2 weeks pregnant. I ve been having Contractions all night. Bad ones. And I finally fell asleep and woke up and just had cramping. I m still cramping five hours later. And now I m nauseous and have some diarrhea . The cramping almost feels like a long minor contraction that won t go away. I had my last daughter at 35 weeks and had very minor untimed contractions when I went in to finally get it check out since it went on all day. Should I be concerned?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion your symptoms suggest gastrointestinal infection.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres ,electrol powder, coconut water to prevent dehydration. If not subsiding with these antibiotics might be needed.Avoid spicy and oily diet. Also you should get examined to rule out any preterm pains.Check your fetal movements.
