General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suspect it may be vascular problem, rib problem, smooth muscle problem or simply skeletal muscle contraction.
Anyway, I can give you some tests which may guide me to take next course of action.
1. ECG
2. Chest X-Ray
3. Blood test including calcium, sodium, potassium. (if you just done, no need to do. The one you have done is sufficient)
4. Your Blood Pressure (can do at home*)

if you do at home with the digital bp machine, please do it 3 times per session
Meanwhile, do the followings:
1. take calcium rich food
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Drink fruit juice
4. Eat vegetables

With the results, please post another question which can enable to take the next step. Do not worry. You are under a good supervision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
