What Causes Convulsions In The Feet?

Hi,i am 28 years old.189 cm and 78 kg.My wife told me that for about 4 months i kick in my sleep.My feets having convulsions.I am doing short moves with my legs without my mandate.I hope you can help me because i have to find a solution to my problem.Thanks have a nice day.
