What Causes Cough Along With Chest Pain And Dizziness?

Yes its about my husband. He is 30 years old. He has been fighting with low T for 5 years. Additional problems include a persistent cough, chest pains, dizziness, fainting, lowering in white blood cell count, swelling on the tactical, fatty masses on his sides, tonsil stones, irritability, fatigue, low blood presser, and shortness of breath. Please help us get to the right direction as to what may be wrong.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think he should be evaluated for thyroid T3, T4, TSH also an iodine contrast X-ray of thyroid may be needed. He should take right treatment for thyroid than to be evaluated for rest of concerns because some may get fix as thyroid problem is fixed.
