What Causes Cough Along With Chest Pain And Wheezing?

I have productive cough especially when I m lifting down with initially yellow mucus, after taking antibiotics the mocus clear to whitish. Also slightly chest pain after the cough and some times I wheezle when I breath inside. This has been for 3weeks now. What could be my symptoms?

Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that you are suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection. Since you have productive cough with yellow phlegm , it's most likely a bacterial infection. YOU have already done an antibiotic course so at present you don't need to do anything else. You should take steam inhalation with menthol which will help to clear your respiratory tract. If your coughing and wheezing do not subside by a week you should consult a physician and get a chest x ray done. I hope that answers your question.
