What Causes Cough Along With Chest Pain?

I have a shallow cough. chest hurts and feels like im not getting all my air. it feels like mucous is stuck im my throat and chest. no wheezing but extreme tiredness. i have never had asthma or bronchitis or pneumonia so dont know what that feels like. what could this be?

this is RTI, by change of weather.drink luke warm water. take anti tart30 in gloubles,4-6 pills thrice daily for 7 days. and consult after that if required.
