Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of cough along with flu and wheezing which is due to severe upper respiratory infection. Avoid cold, carbonated beverages. For now, eat light at night and take Benadryl and keep your head elevated while lying down. I would suggest you to consult pulmonologist for proper examination. Doctor may order chest x-ray, blood test and check vitals along with vitals. Take proper rest and keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
